Monadnock Region Entrepreneurs’ Leadership Circle

The Hannah Grimes Center invites the top leader of growing, employer based businesses to join an entrepreneurial group of business leaders working together to help their businesses and their community innovate, connect and thrive through a peer-to-peer learning circle. Groups have from 8-12 members and meet monthly.

The Leadership Circle provides a confidential circle of like-minded entrepreneurs working together to strengthen leadership and improve management and operations. Topics range according to the group’s interest and include sales, marketing, human resources, values, strategic planning, and leadership. Through these management roundtables, you access a broad and deep pool of seasoned experience; share ideas, resources, problems and solutions; and expand your network. The group helps you take an inward look at you and your business and helps you build your strengths and whittle away at your weaknesses as a leader and manager.

Membership is $1,000 per year. It is an investment we hope the group will return to you many fold. And as your participation in the group contributes to your continued success it also provides support to the Hannah Grimes Center for the growth of other smaller businesses in our region.

The Hannah Grimes’ Leadership Circle recognizes the powerful impact that larger small business like yours have on our local economy and the importance of building productive connections between entrepreneurial leaders like you.
